Equipment Overview
The system has a capacity of 0.5 m³ per hour and is made entirely of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and a long service life. Its core process is reverse osmosis (RO), which effectively removes salts, bacteria, heavy metals and organic matter from water, producing water that meets the national standard and can be used for direct drinking or industrial use.
Working Principle
Feed water passes through the pre-treatment system to remove impurities and then enters the RO membrane. The RO membrane has an extremely high filtration accuracy: it rejects harmful substances while allowing water molecules to pass, achieving efficient purification. The treated pure water meets the direct-drinking standard, while the concentrate is discharged or recycled as required.

Process Flow
Raw water is pumped through the pre-treatment filters to remove suspended solids, organic matter and odours, dosed with anti-scale chemicals, and passed through a precision filter before entering the reverse osmosis membrane. The RO product water is then mineralised and disinfected and stored in the pure-water tank for direct drinking or industrial use.
